You said play these same notes on all positions. How can I play the same notes on all the positions when the notes are different at each position. For example: E string 5th fret is a different note than E string 8th fret. 1st position note is different 2nd position note.

Great video Steve! I have been playing for seven year and taking classes for one, but everything clicks when I watch one of your videos. Is this twelve part series going to be available to GuitarWorld, or only LessonFace?

Great lesson. Already learned a lot.
The only thing that's missing for me is the fingering I should use in each position. Sometimes I want to reach with my fourth finger and sometimes with my third. I think that is important for later when we start to connect all the positions together.
Anyone have a link to where I can pick up these fingerings?

The fingerboard note chart has an error on the 2nd string 7th fret. It should be F#/Gb NOT A#/Bb.
