Yep Roc Records has announced the new album from psychedelic folk troubadour Robyn Hitchcock. The Man Upstairs will be available on August 26. The album sees Hitchcock uniting with legendary producer Joe Boyd (Nick Drake, Fairport Convention) for one of the most unique recordings of his already quite idiosyncratic career.
Baltimore, MD's Diamond Youth have released a digital-only acoustic EP titled UK OK via Bandcamp. The EP features three previously-released songs, reworked acoustic and one new acoustic track. UK OK will help raise money to cover costs for the band's upcoming UK tour with Citizen and Headroom.

David Gray has announced a North American Summer Tour in conjunction with the release of his tenth studio album, Mutineers. The album releases out June 17. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 6 for the 23-city outing that kicks off in Boston, MA on August 1 at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion.

The Littlest Prisoner, the latest from singer, violinist, composer and arranger Jenny Scheinman, was released May 6 on Sony Masterworks. Her eighth studio album, the album follows Scheinman’s 2012 release Mischief & Mayhem. Mixed by Grammy-nominated producer, Tucker Martine (The Decemberists, Neko Case, My Morning Jacket and Sufjan Stevens), the album was recorded in just three days of studio tracking in Martine’s Flora Studio in Portland, Oregon.
