I'm running Windows XP - IE8 - Flash 10,1,53,64. When I click on the play arrow above, the thermometer fills but the video won't start. There is a faint image of the instructor in the background - but that's it. The video started to play but then it went black. Is there something I'm missing here? Please help! I am a subscriber to the magazine and this feature and the tabs in the mag are two of the reasons I love GW - but this is frustrating to say the least.
