Q: How can I contact Guitar World about my subscription?

A: If your question is not answered here or if you need to contact us for any reason, please include in your inquiry your name and address exactly as it appears on your magazine label or invoice, and send it to:

Q: When will my subscription begin?

A: As a general rule, you'll receive your first copy within four to eight weeks of submitting your order. Once you've placed an order, it takes up to a week for your subscription to be received and added to the subscriber database. Your subscription is then scheduled for our next production cycle which could be up to four weeks away, and then shipped via periodicals or standard mail. Delivery time for these classes of mail can vary greatly, running from two days to two weeks. For example, if your monthly subscription was ordered and received by us in November, and the December issue has already shipped, your order may be added to the January issue, shipped in early December and received in late December. Delivery times for magazines that publish less frequently will generally be longer due to longer production cycles.

If you have not received your subscription within the expected time frame, please contact customer service. Rest assured, your subscription starts when you receive your first issue--not when you place your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12.

Q: How can I pay for my magazine subscription?

A: You can pay by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please send your payment to:

Q: When does my subscription expire?

A: Please check your mailing label to find your subscription expiration date. Here’s an example:

Q: I will be moving soon; when should I write to inform you?

A: Please contact us six weeks before your move with your new address in order to avoid missing an issue. If the USPS alerts us that your magazine is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address by you within two years. You can submit a change of address by accessing your account online or by emailing customer service.

Q: The disc that came with my magazine is not working. How can I get a replacement copy?

A: If you are a subscriber and your subscription is in fact eligible for the CD-ROM, or you purchased your copy on the newsstand, you may request a replacement disc by clicking here. Replacement requests are processed at the start of each week. The ETA on replacement discs is 4-6 weeks.

Q: I have an editorial comment or question. Is there an email address I can use specially for this?
