Dream Theater have released their first 360° app for iOS. The DreamTheater360° App, which is available today, offers fans an interactive look at the band's Luna Park, Buenos Aires, performance, as captured by Mativision multi-camera 360-degree video technology.
Following a set of European shows that begin early in January, a coast-to-coast run picks up on March 20 in Toronto and continues on through the end of April before wrapping up in Guadalajara, Mexico. The tour can also be labeled “An Evening with Dream Theater” because there will be no opening acts.

Dream Theater's new, self-titled album sold in the ballpark of 34,000 copies in the US in its first week of release to debut at No. 7 on Billboard's Top 200 chart. The album was released September 24 through Roadrunner. The band's last album, A Dramatic Turn Of Events, opened with 36,000 units and landed at No. 8. Their 2009 album, Black Clouds & Silver Linings, premiered with 40,000 copies to come in at No. 6.
