As you can see in the video below, the latest edition of VH1 Classic's That Metal Show featured none other than Yngwie Malmsteen. Malmsteen, who performed the role of the show's house band, launched into his patented riffs as the program went in and out of commercial breaks.
On beat three of bar 2, I flip my fret hand over the neck and perform the arpeggios on top of the fretboard. Here, I use my thumb [indicated by the t in the finger prompts below the tab] to fret the low E [sixth string, 12th fret] so I can make the fret-hand transition over the neck without skipping a beat.
Black Label Society have released the official music video for "My Dying Time," a track off their new album, Catacombs of the Black Vatican — and you can check it out below. The album, the band's first disc of new material since 2010’s Order of the Black, will be released April 8.
