Looks pretty gimmicky to me. It said something about how he has been playing all his life and that he was "an accomplished rhythm guitarist" or some such thing. If so, where were all his credits? He looked like he was in his early 60's or so, with no credits? Or was he just too humble to include them on the website that contains the product he's trying to sell?! I found the website to be even stranger than the pick itself. Strange.

I just think that any product that needs a lesson section on how to use it is doomed to fail. You are kind of limiting your target audience there. People just aren't that patient.

Well, yeah...maybe, but I remember when I first bought an Ebow in probably 2001, I wanted to hear/learn all it could do, so I definitely listened to the cassette tape and read the manual that came with it, and it helped me understand what it was capable of. I use my Ebow pretty frequently still, but I know what you're saying about patience. The average person doesn't have much, myself included.

you could play a lot more variations by fingerpicking. looks like a stupid gimmick to me.
