What about the two Yes albums Close to the Edge and Relayer the other I would say is Robin Trower Bridge or Sighs one last one to the live UFO Strangers in the Night you ignored the Pink Floyd album Meddle too. And as for the Hendrix albums I thought his first two were way better other then one song Voodoo Child (Slight Return).

"Deep Purple triumphed over difficult conditions to create a millstone in classic hard rock."

LOL, best typo today! I'm sure that many's the time that Ritchie Blackmore has felt that lick for Smoke on the Water was his own personal millstone.

I have them except the beatles and the who and the rolling stones which I replace with yes - fragile , robin trower - bridge of sighs, and any SRV album.

Glenn Kennedy

"Machine Head" was more of a milestone than a "millstone", I'd say.

I have them all except for the Rolling Stones one in it's place I would put either Yes Fragile, Close to the Edge, or Rush 2112 just the way I think though.
