Only one year -- to the month -- after his last album, the Grammy-nominated Plays Blues, Ballads & Favorites, Jimmie Vaughan is set to release the aptly titled Plays More Blues, Ballads & Favorites, a second helping of covers of the roots music that inspired him, on July 26.
Anyone who is familiar with British rock knows all too well the antics of the Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel. Their love/hate relationship made for great music and press during Oasis' 18-year run. But in August 2009, the brothers called it quits, and Beady Eye was born. Their debut album, Different Gear, Still Speeding, was released in February.
