If you've ever been to Nashville, you'll agree that on about every corner there is a street performer that is more talented than this guy and will never get discovered.

Lets say that, if your asking the question of who is best in Nashville, and you use these two video clips and throw the Don Kelly name around, you wont get a good answer. No shame to the for mentioned guitarists but, there's a whole lot a talent in Nashville right now. And to claim the fame is not only foolish, but in the words of a one Mr. Matt Heafy "There's a lot of guys out there right now that are pretending to play guitar, and they know who they are". Come to Nashville and listen.

I hate it when someone is classified as the best, all musicians are the best because music comes from the heart, I don't care if someone can play a hundred notes a second, you should be judged by the feelings you put into your playing. Granted, J D is good, but the best in Nashville, no such thing.

Saw JD some years ago with Don Kelley and he is great -- but so is his predecessor in the Don Kelley band, Guthrie Trapp. Daniel Donato who came into Don Kelley's band after JD is also incredible. Hard to choose who's best among those 3. Could be any one of them on a given night.
