I knew I didn't Coldplay. First they steal a song from the group Kraftwerk, and now they are stealing from Joe. I guess anything for a buck.

its pretty bad that a band rips off a great guitarists music and gets grammy noms for it. i hope joe takes so much money from them that can't afford to put out any more shitty music that abuses my earhole.

It is a direct rip off. It's basicly the same song. I hope Satriani wins. And yes, Coldplay sucks. A lot.

When I first heard about this, I thought it was a bunch of BS and that Satch was over-reacting. Now having heard the two play together, you can't argue with that. Joe is going to make tons of money from this, and what's more, I don't feel as bad about liking the song...lol

Hey Joe can I borrow some cash so I can put a down-payment on a house this week and take advantage of the super-low interest rates right now? Come on.... You know I'm good for it... ;)

coldplay sucks why did they take his riff

It is a blatant ripoff. Almost note for note for note........ I knew it when I first heard it. So this is not a suprise to me. What is suprising is it took so long.

Stealing something as personal as someone's creation is a huge spit in the face, he should rightly be compensated.
