Listen: Megadeth Streaming New Song, "Super Collider"

Just a few short years ago we had Mustaine complaining that Marty was the reasoning behind all the 'experimental and slower' stuff... but this proves to me that Dave pretty much has a big mouth and likes to blame others in his band for stuff that sucks. This is as bad as 'Crush Em'... especially that lil' 'Huah'... and live they no longer have balls... Metallica and these guys need to go to a nursing home and just quit and leave it to Slayer and Anthrax.

Exodus and testament are always cool ,too

I liked it. I don't know what all these boneheads are crying about. I like the big fat cords. They dont have to write a hundred mile an hour song all the time.

Eh, might take a few listens for it to grow on me. The solo is good, but I've heard worse as far as the song goes. Hopefully that is the worst track on the new album!

Dave said:
To me, 'Super Collider' made sense like a normal song — a verse-chorus-verse-chorus kind of thing. It’s written the way a real songwriter would write the song, instead of just taking all these musical twists and turns."

What I hear when I read that statement and listen to this song:
Radio Rock.

box of dope

anthrax, i believe put out a great new album. all dave seems to be doing is trying to be someone else, like another pioneering band no one listens to anymore.

I kinda like it considering it is streaming so the sound quality is probably not as good as a good wav file. Dave's voice sounds detached fromn the mix. Real "anthem"-y sound. Solo was awesome.

This sounds horrible. Sounds like something from a car commercial. I liked peace sells but who's buying and so far so good so what. After that megadeth just became a bad imitation of itself.

I learned long ago not to listen too closely to Mustaine's lyrics.
