After this year's run of Gigantour is finished, Megadeth will be hitting the road for a short tour with Rob Zombie that kicks off on May 11 and will lead up to the two bands' appearance at this year's Rocklahoma Festival.

"I'm just hoping that whatever is in the White House next year is a Republican," said Megadeth mainman Dave Mustaine in a recent interview. "I can't bear to watch what's happened to our great country. Everybody's got their head in the sand. Everybody in the industry is like, 'Oh, Obama's doing such a great job...' I don't think so. Not from what I see."

Yesterday, Megadeth played an acoustic set at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan for a handful of fans selected by local radio station, WRIF 101.1 FM.
