I was 15 years old and a friend of mine brought it over to my house insisting I had to hear it. I was still living at my parents' house at the time, and they had a very loud stereo system. My friends would come over and we would blast it up to what we thought was concert level. Boy, was I naive!
Two former members of Metallica were part of this year's Gigantour 2013 — Megadeth‘s Dave Mustaine and Newsted's Jason Newsted. As a result, fans were hoping the guys would — at some point — take the stage together to run through one or two tunes from the old days.

“We’re definitely guilty of over-obligating ourselves as a band,” Metallica lead guitarist Kirk Hammett says with a laugh. “The Orion festival requires a lot of energy, and it’s different from our regular Metallica shows, where we show up, have a bite to eat, do our warm-up and meet-and-greet, and go onstage. That’s easy compared to today.”
