In the words of Hank Hill's Mexican friend, "This makes me feel weird and depressed."

MEGADETH! November 1st, THIRTEEN, buy it, tell your friends to buy it,
let's bury this bad example of music called lou reed/me all buried out
and let metal return to it's rightful place. I hate to see any of these
songs transcribed by Guitar World.

And the winner of best metal band today? MEGADETH!
November 1st the release of THIRTEEN by megadeth, come on and buy
this album let it skyrocket to the number one spot on Billboard and
bury this lou reed/me all poofed out crap. I guess that's what happens when you have too much money, you release crap.

Whats the point? This confirms Metallica's fall into the abyss of piss. And Lou Reed, really? Even as old as Johnny Cash was, he still sang and hit it everytime, but Metallica just sucks big donkey bricks! The guys need to travel back in time and write and play from an earlier dimension. And Lou Reed, well, Lou Reed needs to read audio books for Curious George.

The repetition of that same set of notes throughout the whole song and the monotone reading style of Lou is boring. I think they have potential together. This is not indicative of any of that. They should scrap this and start from scratch again.

After coming off the biggest tour of their career, fan wise. This is a pitty party. At best a bit to use the metallica name to generate money from the masses to bring a drunken icon out of retirement. Sorry!

All I can think to say is "WHY"...who sits through a recording session with these guys and says yeah this is great stuff.

Love Metallica...but I ll have to pass on this one, Lou Reed talking over awesome riffs just ain't cutting it for me.

Not even awesome riffs... boring riffs is more like it...
They should really get a grip on their sound too.

This wouldn't pass in a talent-show anyway.
"You didn't make it to the next round, goodbye!..."

I kind of like it, reminds me of Rollins Band, but tighter, makes me wonder what a collaboration with Henry Rollins would sound like...

James hetfield is awesome but lulu makes me feel boring here!! Better only,if james sing this song!!

Okay... this sucked...
This is just 1 track, but why couldn't MetallicA have another album out last year or something?
Well, they were touring, but still... put time into your own stuff.
And more importantly, GET INSPIRED!

This is certainly NOT making me want to hear the rest.
I mean, just... it doesn't make any sense when I can come up with better stuff myself!
I'm a musician inspired by a lot of MetallicA's stuff and this should be just or more interesting than what has been released before, or what's the use of making it?
Just what the heck is this? I don't even feel anything with it.
Which is more important than it being fancy or technically or artistically special, it's none of the above!

Its ok for one song to feature Lou Reed or the other way around, but 10 or 11 songs like this one?!!! Its torture!!!

Mortanious

"I am the table"?
Yeah... the screeching noise of a table being sawed of with a blunt kitchen knife sounds better.

This is actually worse than St. Anger.
