I've been working on "Lay it on the Line" on and off for 30 years...never quite got it right! It's the Nashville tuning that got me...THANK YOU!

The allman bros. are one of the greatest southern rock bands of all time. Dicky Betts is amazing!

1. "when the levee breaks" (it's a very bizzarre tuning in (F) i believe , and also , i think there are only four strings being used , not entirely sure but i've heard ppl say this... i have never been witness to one transcription of this...

2. "child in time" live from MADE IN JAPAN...(deep purple is rarely , if ever transcribed , and when it is , they give ya "smoke on the water" for the umpteenth time)...
i'm a complete ritchie blackmore freak and the live solo of "said song" is still a mystery to me after playing guitar for 20+ yr's...

though he's not a bad? guitar player , i'm all set w/ learning rik emmet solos
(no offense to any triumph fans)& "thunderstruck as well as lizz reed have both been transcribed about 87 - eleven times"
