guitar center gets them like the day they post the new issues on here they will get them like 2 weeks before they are supposed to come out

yeah... fuck it. i'll let my subscription run out. i will go to the newstand to buy the september issue. customer service sucks...... i'm just pissed.

guitar world sucks i never get my issues i have been a subscriber since 93 and they just give you the same tabs and articles over and over after this sub runs out in 2010 im out my last 2 issues havent showed up and cusomer service and guitar world can go fuck themselves

I got September and October on the same day last week. I'm going to let it run out and keep my Premier Guitar subscription.

The reason I get subscriptions is to get the issue before it hits the stands, along with the discounted price. But I have had several issues with missing cds. Originally I contacted customer support and they said they would send a replacement. Months later I still had not recieved it, I realized that they were never gonna send me a replacement. Instead they extended my subscription by one issue.
I had to buy a back issue for full price plus shipping from MusicDispatch in order to finally get it.
With how late these issues come, I'm afraid if I get a damaged one, the mag with no longer be available on the newstand and I'll have to order it from somewhere again. The 2nd time it happened to me I explained how I had to go out and pay full price for a issue and they decided to add 2 extra issues to my subscription.
So if you don't get your cd or your issue is damaged, just go out and buy it. Then raise hell with customer service to get as many extra issues as possible. Cause they will never send its replacement.

The same thing happens to me. One time It took 5 days after the issue was released.
