"[This is] a gear demo I did last week for Positive Grid (makers of Bias and JamUp for iOS). I'm jamming through a couple of riffs using a custom amp in Bias and running through several features in JamUp. I also play through some new Periphery material."
Periphery's new music video for "Ragnarock" can be seen below. The video, which was shot during the 2013 edition of Summer Slaughter in the US, was directed by Jeff Holcomb. It's from the band's latest album, Periphery II: This Time It's Personal.
Periphery have announced a fall North American tour with Born of Osiris, Dead Letter Circus and Twelve Foot Ninja, dubbed “This Tour Is Personal.” You can check out all the confirmed dates — and a new video advancing the tour — below.
The tour, which is sponsored by Jackson Guitars, ToonTrack, Guitar World and All In Merch, kicks off October 11 in Baltimore and wraps up November 20 in New York City.

Since their inception, Periphery have strived to push conventional boundaries through their artwork, both musically and visually. Once again, by teaming up with the forward thinking visual effects dynamo Wes Richardson, they've reached a new pinnacle with their music video for the track “Scarlet.”
