Richie Sambora Busted for DUI

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was arrested on a DUI charge in Laguna Beach, CA, on Tuesday night after he was pulled over with his 10-year-old daughter and girlfriend in the car.

The guitarist was stopped around 10:52 p.m. after police witnessed his Hummer weaving on the road, according to Laguna Beach police. Sambora was said to have smelled of alcohol, and was quiet and cooperative and didn't cause any problems for the police.

Sambora was released on his own recognizance around four in the morning and is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on May 7.

That really ruins the respect I once had for him. Very stupid on his part. I agree... If your drunk why in hell would you ever go pick up your 10 yr old???

Don't judge too quickly. You do not know the whole story. Not to mention, we have all made mistakes. The same people that judge him, ride around in their big SUV's like soccer mom's hauling ass everywhere they go. They are putting people in danger also. But you don't see people rippin' yuppie soccer mom's doing 60 in downtown do ya? If ya did it Richie, I support ya. Just a mistake, but be careful, man. You're an awesome guitarist.

in a steel car i drive i got my wife by my side...kid in the back, lucky to be alive,... drinking,... and standing tall. seen a million bottles and drank them all.
i'm a drunk baby,.. wife by my side. i'm wanted, wanted, dead or a live. (nice mug shot RICHIE)

what a loser ... getting caught by yourself is bad enough... but getting caught DUI with your 10 year old child in the hummer to THATS UNEXCUSIBLE
