It's a dream of mine to be a studio musician, and I can easily answer "yes" to all of the questions...except number 5. I cut an EP in the studio with a band several years ago, and had red light syndrome so bad my hands were shaking on the fretboard! Needless to say, it wasn't some of my finest playing. I even get it now when I'm recording my own stuff in my home "studio", when it's just me by myself! So I definitely have a huge hurdle to overcome.

yesss!!! i am working on my modes, once i get them down, ill work on more theory and more theory haha i missed 4th of july everything because i needed to practice, i thought i was the only crazy one that denies everybody else just to play

Gotta love Gary Moore! I can't compare them! Rory was more earthy or something for his time. Gary had more rock in his blues! Both were incredible. And the guitar universe is a lesser place without them both!

Love it Ron!!! Oh man, living here in NYC do u know how many time i have stopped to check out street musicians that are killing it?! Love your list of your favorite guitarists. How do you feel about Gary Moore being compared to Rory???
