Every great rock song has a great riff, be it a single-note melody or a chordal-based sequence, and that's probably what makes it a great song. There's something about it that makes you want to indulge in it.
Smashing Pumpkins have announced a world tour that kicks off March 23 and runs through August 11. Billy Corgan and company will visit the US, Europe, the UK, Japan and Mexico.
