In 2011, longtime Jeff Beck fans were excited by rumors that the legendary guitarist was about to record a blues album with Rod Stewart. The album would've marked the first time the pair worked together since the mid-'80s ("Infatuation," anyone?) and their first full-length album of new material since their days in the Jeff Beck Group in 1969.

There's a certain Je ne sais quoi about a guy holding a guitar. Or so says a new study from France, which concluded that a man is perceived as more attractive to women if there’s a guitar in his hands. These results are similar to findings of a 2012 study from Israel.
