Reuters is reporting that a guitar played by John Lennon and George Harrison at the height of the Beatles' fame is hitting the auction block in May. The guitar, a custom-built VOX, is expected to fetch between $200,000 and $300,000, according to Beverly Hills-based Julien's Auctions.
Eagle Rock Entertainment will release a new live Dio DVD, Finding The Sacred Heart – Live In Philly 1986, on May 28. The show on the was recorded at the Spectrum in Philadelphia on June 17, 1986, during the second leg of the Sacred Heart tour, which featured new guitarist Craig Goldy. The show was issued in an edited form, first on VHS and then DVD. For the first time, however, the full concert is being released as a double LP in the original running order and with remastered sound.

That performance — which you can check out in the video below — will be included in Hart's new album, Bang Bang Boom Boom, which will be released April 2 by Provogue Records/Mascot Label Group.
