3 Doors Down are releasing The Greatest Hits, their first best-of album, November 19 via Republic Records. In addition to a slew of hit singles, including “Kryptonite," “It’s Not My Time" and “When I’m Gone," the album also will feature three completely new songs — “There’s a Life,” “Goodbyes” and their new single, “One Light.”

In celebration of "50 Years of Loud," Marshall Amplification has teamed up with Rock Science to create a limited-edition version of its board game. The Rock Science Marshall 50th Anniversary game has more than 1,600 trivia questions ranging from early rock and metal to current artists. Its box even looks like a Marshall amp. The game will be available at Guitar Center stores and online by December 1.

Riario will be giving on-air guitar lessons to co-anchors Rosanna Scotto and Dave Price, in celebration of a new GW instructional book, Guitar World Presents The Best Instruction Book Ever.
The Rolling Stones have added a date in Brooklyn to their slate of upcoming shows celebrating the band's 50th anniversary. The show will take place on December 8, making it the first of three U.S. shows scheduled for the Stones this year.
Christie's is auctioning a 1968 Gallagher G-50 guitar that once belonged to the late Doc Watson. The guitar, which Watson called "Ol' Hoss," can be seen on the cover of Watson's Ballads from Deep Gap album, and is expected to take in $6,000 to $8,000. Legendary Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham will release his first solo acoustic live album, Lindsey Buckingham: One Man Show, tomorrow, November 13. But today, we're excited to be teaming up with Buckingham to premiere the second track on the album, a stirring rendition of "Bleed to Love Her," which first appeared on Fleetwood Mac's 1997 live album, The Dance.
The band, its label and its management also came up with the idea to release the three discs in succession rather than put them out all at once or as a set. ¡Uno! comes out September 25, ¡Dos! hits on November 13, and ¡Tré! will be released on January 15, 2013. It’s an unconventional move, but one that’s perhaps more attuned to the short-attention-span digital era.
