Unrepentant brutality from a gang of murderous rhythm & blues maniacs. Mick Brown, Greg Smith and Derek St. Holmes create the most intense, ferocious and tightest R&B&R&R anywhere anytime. My guys are so good, it’s stupid. We are the last of James Brown's illegitimate mongrels and damn proud of it. If I wasn't me, I'd definitely go see me.

The list, which has been quoted by countless artists, websites and publications around the world, starts with Richie Sambora's work on Bon Jovi's “Wanted Dead or Alive” (Number 100) and builds to a truly epic finish with Jimmy Page's solo on "Stairway to Heaven" (Number 1).

Hailing from Australia, Laura Wilde already has a well-shaped leg up with great looks and a fabulous accent. But it’s her rip-your-head-off, full-fledged guitar assault that’ll really get your attention. No gimmicks. No backing down. Just gonna have-a-good-time raunch rock with fierce guitar riffs, searingly unapologetic lyrics and a driving back line. Oh yeah. Remember when rock was rockin’? Now you know what I’m talking about.
Peavey has teamed with Ted Nugent and Artists For Autism to promote a Peavey guitar auction to benefit Autism Speaks and Project Lifesaver International. The auction is live on eBay until Thursday, April 5.
