I wish I had put in the work on guitar when I was a teen like she obviously does. That was phenomenal!

With these kids' videos, I have been learning new solos in a quarter of the time.

i'm glad she's beginning to express her own voice. the Eruption and Paganini pieces she did earlier were extremely competent but it was as if i were listening to recordings of the originals. this time, she's taken gilmours' brilliance a step farther and made it her own in the process.

Brava!

If you played like this when you were 15, you would have had all of that, too! :)

Man, between this amazing young lady and the incredible kid I saw last week here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pA4ko8Qf0-s, I think the path to incredible musicianship is obvious:

Learn to speak French.

LOL, great one!

A guitar playing buddy and I figured out a while ago that all we had to do was to change our names to Steve and we'd be good to go. Steve Vai, Steve Morse, Steve Howe, Steve Lukather, Steve Miller, Stevie Ray, Steve Cropper, Steve Hunter, and the best guitarist in our small town is named Steve.

Yours,
Steveboy
