Technically, it hasn't because the guy in your video was denied by Guinness because it didn't meet the criteria. So this guy's record stands.

Well no technically it has. Just because Guinness hasn't put their stamp of approval on it doesn't negate the fact that people have played this song faster and beaten his record. All Guinness really is a little award that says"Hey look what I can do!!"

Obviously it starts off musical but turns into a blur. But man you should be able to play anything u ever wanted to that was humbling in my opinion considering my personal skill level

And oh yes idiot, Guinness meticulously (hope that's not too big of a word for you) broke this video down and said he definitely hit all the notes. They wouldn't have given him the record if he had not.
