Guitar World magazine has announced the launch of Shred the Web, a new contest for guitar players beginning today on Guitar World Tabs.
Guitar World is looking to find the best unknown guitarist on the web, and wants you to show your stuff. Video submissions for Shred the Web are being accepted now at Guitar World Tabs.
The top ten guitarists will be selected by popular vote, and will advance to the Final Round, where they will compete to win cash and prizes from B.C. Rich, Randall, Dunlop, Snap Jack and Musicians Institute. Prizes include a B.C. Rich NJ Deluxe Warbeast guitar, Randall Kirk Hammett signature amp and cabinet, Dunlop guitar strings and much, much more!
