This spring, Paul McCartney will continue his ongoing back-catalog reissues project with the re-release of his late-1976 live album, Wings Over America. The album captures the best moments of one of the most sophisticated and dazzling tours of the mid-'70s. McCartney and his band, Wings, performed to more than 600,000 people at 31 shows in the US and Canada, ending with three nights at The Forum in Los Angeles.
Paul McCartney's 1971 album, Ram, will soon get the same deluxe treatment recently enjoyed by Band On the Run,McCartney and McCartney II. Ram, which is technically credited to Paul & Linda McCartney, was McCartney's second post-Beatles LP.
My tune "Breaking Point" was used by Ken Burns in his recent "The Tenth Inning" baseball documentary. It’s cool when an original guitar composition gets licensed for a film project. It’s way cooler, however, when I’m asked to compose for a specific project.
