Positive Grid’s Spark Pearl updates the revolutionary smart amp and app with eye-popping white-and-gold style

We’ve all gotten used to seeing tons of new products fly across our gear-hungry radar nonstop. But it’s likely that no piece of equipment has made as much of an impact over the past few years than Positive Grid’s Spark, a 40-watt intelligent amplifier that's loaded with amp models and effects, and which can access more than 10,000 additional amp-and-effect presets via the online ToneCloud.

Additionally, music can be imported from Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube, and Spark’s smart app will auto display the guitar chords in real time. And users can pick a tempo, play a riff or a chord progression or choose the genre they want and the amp will create a backing track with authentic bass and drum sounds to jam over.

When it’s time to share new musical creations, Spark Pearl also functions as a convenient USB audio interface for easily recording ideas into a computer. Additionally, it comes bundled with PreSonus Studio One Prime recording software, allowing users to start recording right away.

What’s more, in addition to being a full-featured guitar amp, Spark Pearl can also be used as a high definition Bluetooth speaker that’s perfect for casual listening, streaming music and entertaining.

"Stylishly presented in this limited version, Spark Pearl just might be the gold standard in a portable and personal practice amp with home recording capabilities," said Guitar World Tech Editor Paul Riario. "With extremely intuitive features and loaded with thousands of inspiring guitar tones, Spark Pearl is the perfect launchpad to 'spark' your creativity."

Spark Pearl comes with a free custom padded case for easy and safe portability. A limited quantity will be available beginning in late April, and customers can take advantage of special pricing for early orders.
