Cigar box guitars are cool and all, but they may have met their modern-day match.
GetLoFi.com is now selling a variety of guitars made from the cases of old Nintendo systems. You can check out a photo gallery of four of the models below.
If you want to pick up one of these, you may have to put your name on a waiting list. These are apparently a very hot item, with the humbucker model running $180 and a single-coil model at $155. Either model comes with your choice of maple or rosewood neck.

Nintendo sound and classic guitar riffs in this hilarious and blasphemic merger tribute at youtube: Whole Lotta Hot Smokin Tush.
Who knew you could play whole lotta love, smoke on the water, tush and hot stuff simultaneously without them clashing (much), would love to hear this as a full song live on stage with Page, Blackmore, Gibbons and whoever did the hot stuff riff originally.
