One winner will be chosen at random and will receive the following prize package:

• A one-hour, in-person guitar lesson with Joe in the winner's city of choice on any upcoming Joe Satriani tour date in 2012. The winner can select a date on any upcoming U.S. tour including Chickenfoot, G3 or Satriani solo dates.

• Two tickets to the concert in that city.
