British rockers Def Leppard have announced a massive 50-city summer concert tour that is set to hit all corners of the United States, as well as Canada. The tour kicks off June 27 in Cincinnati and culminates on September 30 in Edmonton. Styx and Foreigner are scheduled to appear on select dates, with tickets for the Chicago, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Detroit and Boston dates going on sale Saturday, April 21st. The tour is being produced by Live Nation.
In 2006 Def Leppard received a Gold certification for the compilation Rock of Ages: The Definitive Collections, marking the group’s 10th album certification. Other recent Def Leppard releases include an exclusive limited edition version of the group’s classic Hysteria album and Yeah!, a tribute to the band’s musical heroes.
