You might have heard of a little event called Amazon Prime Day that’s happening right now. In a surprise twist, it’s bringing better deals than I’ve seen in years. Hey, maybe they finally listened to us complaining about the lack of quality guitar deals in the past...

Anyway, Amazon is a genuinely decent place to shop this week, particularly if you’re after budget pedals, a new guitar cable, useful tools or accessories, and we’re covering all the latest and greatest in our Prime Day guitar deals live blog. If you’re looking to stock up on essentials or upgrade your gear, Amazon has a lot to shout about.

But that’s not the only place to catch a sweet deal on a new piece of gear this week. I’ve hunted down all the alternative Prime Day sales you can shop today, particularly if you’re in the market for a new electric guitar, amp or modeler. We used to call these 'anti-Amazon deals', but we’re playing nice this year and there’s something for every player and budget across the web this week.
