Steve Vai and Vai.com have just posted some interesting items to eBay: the modded Marshall full stack Vai used on David Lee Roth's 1986 Eat 'Em and Smile album and lengthy supporting tour. The starting price was $1,000.

Bob Mould will release his first album for Merge Records this fall. The album, which was recorded with Mould's live band -- drummer Jon Wurster (Superchunk) and bassist Jason Narducy (Telekinesis, ex-Verbow) -- will be Mould's first collection of all new studio material since 2009's Life And Times.
