DOWN "Stone the Crow" Lesson

This is friggin' awesome!!! Someone has got to tab this. I've tried but I can't get all of it. Help!!!

Come on Guitar World, give us some tab on "Stone the Crow"!

I've loved this song since it was released and have looked for quality tabs for years, but can't find anything (or figure it out myself) that nails all the intracacies that makes this song rock. *Please* let me open up the next issue of GW and see this tabbed up!!!

There riffs are so awesome they it reminds me of Black Sabbath really heavy but simple riffs.

i checked them both out...they are close but not exact. Thanks man. You helped me figure out a couple of spots I was having trouble with.

I can never get my guitar tuned down without the strings getting so slacked they are unplayable.

Can anyone give me some tips? I've tried heavier strings, adjusting the bridge, and still can't get nice action.

Try tuning down just 1 whole step. that's how it's played on the album. Pepper's part is played on the 4th and 6th frets (vice 3rd and 5th) and kirk's on the 9th and 11th (vice 10th and 12th). This is a wierd version really. Maybe they play it live like this but it's definitely not like the album. Still rocks though. Guitar Magazine of March 1996 actually released complete tabs of this song - both guitars and bass, solo, the works!!! I started doing some research because I have never found a good tabbed version of this song with all the intricacies and I've been searching for years. I went on ebay and found it!!! Needle in a haystack baby!!! trust me...I'm looking at it right now. This bitch is worth it's weight in gold as far as I'm concerned.
